Ivy and Pearl Boutique Return & Refund Policy
At Ivy and Pearl Boutique, we greatly appreciate your customers’ business. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Each product shipped from Ivy and Pearl Boutique is carefully inspected twice – once when the product is received from our wholesaler and a second time when it is prepared for shipment to our customers. Quality control is important to us to ensure we never ship an item that is damaged in any way.
However, if you are unhappy with a product, we provide 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (not worn, unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. The returned item must be in the original packaging. The returned item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your account. If the return is not approved, we will return the product to you using COD shipping.
Unfortunately, our low overhead prohibits refund of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
